Installation Steps

Contact us! All installation assessments are FREE. Our installation team will meet with you at your location to discuss different options for your project and take basic measurements and pictures.

For larger projects, Voice and Video might require a second visit for our team to get into the “nitty-gritty” of your location. Our goal during this time is to find problems before they arise and delay any installation issues that may prevent us from a clean and quick installation.

Once we’ve nailed down the specifics, our team goes to work on basic system designs and estimating. This process can take up to two weeks or more based on project size. Our goal is to work with our customers to give them the best possible solution for their budget.

After estimate submittal, the Voice and Video team will review the proposed estimate with the customer and make sure all the bases are covered before project approval.

Once you approve your project Voice and Video will schedule out your installation and work with your team for a seamless installation and integration. A 50% deposit is required before any work or product acquisition.

Once installation is complete, Voice and Video will provide training, and if necessary can provide ongoing service contracts to make sure your system, or gear installation is working its best. This is great for system longevity and customers who want to leave the hassle of upgrades and system maintenance to the pros.
